METHOD
Step 1: First I took the cod which was already soaked, so it was ready to cook. We have to check the cod pieces first. Then if there is any bone in it, it should be removed with tweezers. If you are using salted cod, it will be necessary to soak it for a few days beforehand. Step 2: Peel the onion and cut it into thick slices. Then add some oil and brown it for a few minutes. Step 3: At the same time, peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut them into cubes, not too small. Then when the onion turns brown, then add tomato pulp, potatoes, about a cup of water and a pinch of salt. Don’t use too much salt. Step 4: Mix everything well and then cover it and bring it to a boil. Step 5: Add the cod pieces and pepper. Then close the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes. Step 6: Stir the potatoes occasionally and pour the juices over the cod. Step 7: If needed, add hot water during your cooking.
