METHOD
Step 1: Chop fresh vegetables and keep aside. Step 2: To make the garlic digestible, we will cut the garlic into two parts. Boil it in a saucepan and do this four times. This will make the garlic digestible and retain its taste. Step 3: Now boil the same garlic in milk. Step 4: In a separate frying pan cook these anchovies with some butter and oil on medium heat till it turns into cream. Step 5: One thing to keep in mind is to cook them well because if they are not cooked completely then the dish will taste rancid. Step 6: Blend all these ingredients together and make a smooth paste.
