METHOD
Step 1: In a pot, add water along with some salt and soak chickpeas in it overnight. Step 2: Cut the celery and carrots into big chunks and finely mince the chives and parsley. Step 3: In a frying pan, add celery, carrot after frying the onions. Gently cook them. Step 4: Now incorporate and cook red pepper, tomatoes and chickpeas for one minute. Step 5: Add water in the pot along with rosemary and salt .Cover and cook them together for 90 minutes. Step 6: Chickpeas should be cooked thoroughly until soft and tender.
