2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Peas
1 Medium Onion
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cups Vegetable Broth or Water
Salt
Black Pepper

METHOD

Step 1: First, chop the onions.

Step 2: Now place a pot on the stove over medium heat.

Step 3: Add olive oil to this pot and after heating it, lightly brown the chopped onions.

Step 4: After that add peas and cook them until they become soft. Frozen peas took less time than fresh ones.

Step 5: Add vegetable broth or water along with salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil. Cook it for 10 min until the peas cook completely.

Step 6: Next add pasta in it and keep stirring .So that they don’t stick to each other.

Step 7: If you notice that the water is less. After that, you can add more vegetable broth or hot water.

Step 8: After the pasta cooks completely, you can mix salt and pepper.

Step 9: Pasta should be tender and soup should be creamy.
