METHOD

Step 1: These Amaretti Cookies are very quick and easy to make.

Step 4: Now mix these powders well in the egg white and remember that the dough should be firm and soft so that we can easily shape the cookies.

Step 6: Take one ounce piece from the dough and make it round with the help of your hands.

Step 7: Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and set the sugar coated balls on it.

Step 8: Also refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes so they don’t lose their shape during baking.

Step 9: Bake your cookies in a preheated oven at 320 F for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown. Do not overcook at all because if you do it, they will get harder instead of becoming soft.

Step 10: When they are cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
