METHOD

Step 1: Firstly, Prepare the custard and then keep it cool for some time.

Step 2: Separate the egg yolks from egg whites.

Step 3: Beat the egg whites until stiff then set aside.

Step 4: In another bowl, incorporate the egg yolks and sugar then add baking powder and vanilla and mix well.

Step 5: Add flour little by little and keep mixing it well.

Step 6: Add the beaten egg whites with the help of a spatula.

Step 7: Now prepare the pan with butter and flour. After that, you need to pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 8: Remove cake from the oven after it is completely cooked. Now allow it to cool.

Step 9: Slice the cake horizontally and add the custard with a pastry bag. Using a pastry bag, pipe top of cake with custard.
