To make fried meatballs, you just have to mix meat, cheese, bread and eggs and make small balls. Fry them in olive oil. Their taste is indigenous and rustic. They are crispy outside and soft inside. One of the special things about fried meatballs is that they are very easy to make. Everybody likes to eat them. One of Grandma’s tricks was to use extra-fatty ground pork, so the meatballs would be extra tender and juicy. If you follow this way, the meat balls will always be delicious and perfect.
