Spaghetti Aglio, Olio And Peperoncino: How to Make The Classic Italian Midnight Spaghetti

METHOD

Step 1: In a pot, boil water with extra salt. Boiling water should taste salty as the ocean water.

Step 2: After that, cook the pasta in boiling water. Stop cooking it 1 minute before the recommended time on the package instructions.

Step 3: In another pan, cook the garlic on medium flame until it becomes transparent. Avoid burning it.

Step 4: Now add red chili flakes (Crushed) and cook them for 1 minute.

Step 5: Add a big spoon of pasta water in the pan.

Step 6: Drain the pasta and mix it with a pan of garlic and chili flakes.

Step 7: Cook them together for another one minute.

Step 8: Sprinkle chopped parsley and olive oil on pasta and mix them together.

Step 9: Pasta is ready. Serve this hot spaghetti and enjoy!
