METHOD

Step 1: If you are using fresh peas in this dish, soak the peas for four minutes in salt water.

Step 2: Strain the water of the canned tuna.

Step 3: Add the pasta to the salted water and cook it well.

Step 4: Add olive oil in a skillet and cook it on medium heat.

Step 5: Fry the chopped onions in this hot oil until they become transparent.

Step 6: Now add the tuna in a skillet along with onions and cook it well.

Step 7: Incorporate the peas with tuna and onions and cook them for some minutes.

Step 8: Add tomato sauce in it and cook them together for 10-15 minutes until peas become tender and sauce turns thick.

Step 9: Now add salt and black pepper according to your taste.

Step 10: Add the pasta from the salted water and add it to the prepared sauce.

Step 11: Your pasta is ready, take it out of the pan and transfer it to the serving plate.

Step 12: Top it up with some fresh chopped parsley.
