Pastina With Creamy Cheese (Pastina Con Il Formaggino)

People love to enjoy pastina in broth but now we are going to make it with creamy cheese. A great combo: Tender pastina with melted creamy cheese. It is very easy to make and feels very comforting. It is perfect for children and also for adults; everyone likes it very much due to its comforting and healing properties.

2 Cups Pastina (Risoni, Stelline, Fili d’Angelo)
1/4 Cup of Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
4 Pieces Creamy Cheese

METHOD

Step 1: Prepare vegetable or meat broth before making pastina or you can buy it from the store.

Step 2: Pour pasta in a saucepan. You can use any but here I’m using risoni.

Step 3: Add the broth to the pan of pasta; pour until pasta is fully submerged.

Step 4: Turn on heat, bring it to a boil. After a boil, reduce the heat and cook it a minute less according to the package time. Broth should be fully absorbed.

Step 5: After turning the heat off, add formaggino cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano  with pasta and continuously stir until the cheese is fully melted.

Step 7: Transfer the pasta to plates, adding more formaggino before serving.

Step 8: Serve the pasta topped with extra formaggino cheese.
