Penne Alla Puttanesca With Anchovies

Puttanesca with anchovies is a famous Neapolitan dish. This dish consists of some simple ingredients.  Its taste is incredibly flavorful.To bring flavor in a dish people use too many things but this dish is too flavorful without any extra flavoring and has an extra unique taste. When we don’t have too much time for cooking then we make this dish because it is easy to make and requires only some simple ingredients like capers, olives, tomatoes , anchovies and pasta.

METHOD

Step 1: Take a frying pan and add olive oil in it. Pour it until the bottom of the pan is covered completely.

Step 2: Now heat up the oil on the stove. Add a clove of garlic in the pan and sauté it.

Step 3: Add anchovies in the oil. Let it cook in the pan.

Step 4: Then add capers and black olives in it.

Step 5: After this incorporate the cherry tomatoes and stir.

Step 6: At this point add salt and black pepper and cook it on a low heat for fifteen minutes.

Step 7: Take another pot, boil pasta in it according to the instructions on the pasta package.

Step 8: After the pasta has cooked completely, drain the water from it.

Step 9: Now, add this cooked pasta to the prepared sauce and mix well.

Step 10: Sprinkle some parsley on top; serve it and enjoy.
