Pistachio Cream: Homemade Delicious Cream

METHOD

Step 1: Place a small pot on flame and heat the water.

Step 2: When the water starts boiling, let the pistachio boil for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Boiling them will help loosen the skins and make peeling these pistachios much easier.

Step 4: Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate with milk and butter in a small saucepan

Step 5: After it melts, start stirring it with a wooden spoon slowly.

Step 6: Once the pistachios are boiled, drain water and arrange them on a dry and clean cloth.

Step 7: Wrap the pistachios in the cloth like a bag and give it a shake to remove the skin.

Step 8: When the cleaning is done, transfer them in a food processor and chop them finely.

Step 9: Mix them with sugar and white chocolate in a pan.

Step 10: Continue stirring until it thickens into rich and thick cream.> Step 11: Let this pistachio cream cool before serving and enjoy.
