Step 1: First of all, we make some preparations, wash the bell pepper well, then remove its seeds and cut it. Step 2: You need to drain the tuna from the can and separate its fibers with the help of a fork. Step 3: Also cut the olives into rounds. Step 4: We will cook the pasta separately. For this, take a pot and add water and salt in it. When it starts to boil, cook the pasta according to the instructions. Step 5: Now we start cooking things. Take a pan. Add olive oil to it. Step 6: When the olive oil is hot, add garlic paste to it and add onions, and cook it. Step 7: When they turn golden brown, stop cooking. Step 8: Now add chopped peppers in it and cook it till it becomes soft. Step 9: Then later use olives and capers in it and mix them well. Step 10: After that, add the drained tuna and cook well for two to three minutes until everything is mixed well. Step 11: Now the pasta is boiled in the pot, take out the pasta and put it directly in the pan. Step 12: Mix the pasta well with the sauce in the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
