METHOD

Step 1: In a pot, boil some water and add some salt in it.

Step 2: Now incorporate the polenta flour in it and mix it well without making any lumps.

Step 3: According to the package instructions, make good smooth dough.

Step 4: When it is cooked, completely transfer it on a board. Give it a rectangular shape and let it cool

Step 5: On a board cut and shape the dough into small square pieces about 1 inch thick.

Step 6: Leave them for some time and Allow them to slightly dry.

Step 7: Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry them until they become crispy.
