Shrimp, Zucchini And Pistachio Pesto Gnocchi

This wonderful recipe is the mixture of tender shrimp, soft gnocchi and fresh zucchini. One thing that completely adds a yummiest twist to this delicious recipe is the pistachio pesto. It goes perfect when there is a special dinner party.

1 Cup Pistachio Pesto
1.1 Pounds Green Zucchini
1 No Clove Garlic
1/2 No Onion

METHOD

Step 1: Add some olive oil along with garlic clove and chili pepper in a pan.

Step 2: Cook until garlic turns golden brown.

Step 3: After 3 minutes, add the heads and shell of shrimp.

Step 4: Cover the pan and let them cook brown for five minutes.

Step 5: Pour brandy in the pan. When it has totally evaporated, turn off the flame.

Step 6: Press the heads and shells of shrimp to extract the juice then discard them.

Step 7: Now add shrimp meat in a pan and let them browned.

Step 8: After they turn brown, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

Step 9: Do the same with zucchini.

Step 10: Always cover the pan while cooking them.

Step 11: Now add 2 cups of water along with some salt in the same pan and boil while covering.

Step 12: Now add gnocchi in boiling water and cook it for five minutes.

Step 13: After five minutes, turn off the heat.

Step 14: Now incorporate a cup of pistachio pesto along with cooked shrimp meat and zucchini. Stir them well together.

Step 15: Shrimp, Zucchini and Pistachio Pesto Gnocchi is ready. Serve it and enjoy.
