Mouthwatering Soft Fig, Orange and Almond Cookies

3 No Egg White
½ Cup Chopped Dried Figs
1 Tbsp Orange Peel

METHOD

Step 1: Add ingredients like almond paste sugar and powdered sugar to the food processor and blend well.

Step 2: After blending all these ingredients, add the egg whites and reserved apricots and blend again.

Step 3: When all the ingredients are mixed up well, take them out of the blender and shift them into a bowl and then add the orange peel and finely chopped figs and make dough.

Step 4: The dough will be very sticky so add sugar to another bowl and drop a spoonful of the dough into the sugar bowl.

Step 5: After that, shape the dough and again coat it with powdered sugar.

Step 6: To bake , place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave them to bake in a preheated oven to 320°F.

Step 7: Bake it for 25-28 minutes until the surface becomes cracked and starts to turn golden brown.

Step 8: When they are well cooked, remove them from the process and place them on a wire rack to cool.

Step 9: Fig, orange, and almond cookies are ready, serve it and enjoy.
