Well, there is no specific information for this, but it seems to be a very historic recipe. Well, the fact is that it was the Greeks who brought this dessert to the Gulf of Nepal. Now the Struffoli is called Struffoli probably because it comes from the word strongoulos which means round.

METHOD

Step 7: In this yellow mixture, add Struffoli and some candied fruit. Step 8: Flip the pan over the tray and arrange it into whatever shape you want, usually people make it into a hill shape.
