METHOD
Preparation of Fish
Step 1: Cut the swordfish into one-inch pieces. Then dry the fish with a paper towel and keep it aside.Prepare the Pizzaiola Sauce
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Step 3: Add crushed garlic and finely chopped onion to it. Step 4: Fry the garlic and onion until golden. Step 5: Then add canned peeled tomatoes or halved fresh cherry tomatoes. Then mash it lightly with a fork. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Step 6: Allow the sauce to cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes until it thickens slightly.Prepare the Fish
Step 7: When the sauce is ready, add the swordfish pieces to it. Step 8: Then add the chopped black olives and capers. Step 9: Cook the fish for eight to ten minutes. Step 10: Flip once in between so that the fish is soft and cooked. Step 11: Do not overcook the fish so that it does not become dry.Serve
Step 12: After cooking, turn off the flame. If desired, serve with fresh parsley. Step 13: Serve the dish hot with crusty bread and fresh salad.SUGGESTIONS
