METHOD

Step 1: If you are using fresh peas in this dish, soak the peas for four minutes in salt water, if you are using frozen peas instead of fresh, do not soak them.

Step 2: Remove the water from the canned tuna.

Step 3: Add the pasta to the salted water and heat it. Cook it well.

Step 4: Add olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.

Step 5: Fry the onions in this hot oil until they become transparent.

Step 6: Cook the peas in this hot olive oil for four minutes.

Step 7: Now add the tuna along with these ingredients and mix well.

Step 8: Now add salt and black pepper as per taste.

Step 9: Separate the pasta from the water and add it to the prepared sauce adding some pasta water and cook thoroughly.

Step 10: When your pasta is ready, take it out of the pan and place it on a serving plate. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if you want.
