METHOD
Step 1: Cold water will be taken and then gelatin will be added to it so that it becomes soft. Step 2: To prepare the base, first we will finely chop the chocolate cookies with a food processor. Then pour it into a bowl. Now add the melted and cooled butter. Step 3: Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Step 4: To prepare the filling, start working on mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Step 5: Divide the cream in two. Beat one part until it becomes foamy and fluffy and heat the other part in a small saucepan. Step 6: Then melt the gelatin in this heated cream. Step 7: In the mixture with the mascarpone, we now add the whipped cream and the heated cream, including the melted gelatin. Step 8: Pour the prepared mixture on the cut cookies and put it again in the fridge for two hours.
