Wine Cookies: Grandmother’s Favorite Recipe

METHOD OF WINE COOKIES

Step 1: To prepare this dish, first of all we will add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix it.

Step 2: After that we will add wine and oil and mix it well.

Step 3: Then when all these ingredients are combined, make small balls from this mixture with the help of your hands.

Step 4: Cover it with plastic and leave it for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Step 6: Prepare the sugar and with baking paper line a baking sheet.

Step 7: Now we will take the dough again, break it into 1 ounce size and roll it into a donut shape, then place them on the baking sheet.

Step 8: After that, coat the wine donuts with sugar and place them in a baking dish.

Step 9: Finally, bake in the oven at 350 F for about 18 minutes until it turns out golden brown.

Step 10: Take them out and let them cool for at least 10 minutes.

Step 11: It can be stored for three weeks in a tin jar; serve it and enjoy.
